Directly or indirectly causing the death of a person with intent.

Acting in a willful and deliberate manner to kill another person

Physical abuse, neglect, financial abuse, abandonment, isolation, abduction (taking the person out of the state against his or her will), or other behavior that causes physical harm, pain, or mental suffering.

Any person who willfully threatens to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person, with the specific intent that the statement, made verbally, in writing, or by means of an electronic communication device, is to be taken as a threat, even if there is no intent of actually carrying it out, and causes that person reasonably to be in sustained fear for his or her own safety or for his or her immediate family’s safety.

Inflicting significant or substantial bodily injury on another person.

Intentionally or unintentionally creating a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person.

Throwing or placing caustic or flammable substances on someone with the intent to injure or disfigure that person.

Bringing weapons into public buildings and/or possessing weapons in public buildings, or meetings open to the public.

Knowingly bringing and/or possessing any weapon in an airport.

Knowingly bringing and/or possessing any weapon in a public transit facility.

Knowingly bringing and/or possessing any weapon in a government building.

Attacking, or attempting to attack another person with a deadly weapon, or by means likely to cause great bodily injury.

Willfully discharging a firearm, in a grossly negligent manner, that could result in someone's injury or death.

Publicly exhibiting or drawing a deadly weapon in the presence of another person in a rude, angry, or threatening manner that was not in a situation of self defense, or defense of another person.

Possessing, manufacturing, distributing, or acquiring any device of complete or minor destructive potential (grenades, molotovs, thermite, etc.)

Manufacturing, importing, selling, or possessing any prohibited weapon.

Furnishing, or offering to furnish a firearm to another, for the purpose of aiding, abetting, or enabling another person to commit a felony.

Carrying a loaded, concealed firearm, in public without a valid weapons license.

Openly carrying a long gun, shotgun, and/or rifle, in plain view of the general public. Open carrying a handgun without a valid Open Carry License. Openly carrying under the age of 21, unless active military or law enforcement, which permits the open carry of firearms with a license at the age of 18.

Carrying a loaded firearm in public without a valid permit.

Willfully discharging a firearm in a vehicle, or operating a motor vehicle and allowing another person discharge a firearm from inside the vehicle.

Willfully discharging a firearm from an aircraft, or operating an aircraft and allowing another person to discharge a firearm from inside the aircraft.

Possessing, receiving, purchasing, or being in custody of a firearm as a convicted felon.

Citizens who are not licensed by the state of San Andreas to discharge or retail explosives are prohibited from possessing, discharging, or selling dangerous fireworks in city limits, unless otherwise permitted during holiday events.

Any person who, except in self-defense, draws or exhibits an imitation firearm in a threatening manner or non threatening manner against another in such a way as to cause a reasonable person apprehension or fear of bodily harm or brandishing an item that looks like a firearm in a non-threatening manner.

Possessing a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance.

Unlawfully selling, transfering, or leasing a firearm without a proper permit to do so.

Possessing a firearm without a weapons license.

Any person who fires a weapon from a vehicle, with the intent to intimidate, harass, injure, or maim, fires a weapon into a group of two or more persons and who, in the course of such conduct, causes grave risk to any human life

Two or more individuals agreeing to commit a crime, and committing an act to further the agreement.

Attempting to conceal or obscure illegally obtained money by channeling the funds through bank accounts or legitimate businesses.

Committing a crime for the benefit of, at the direction of, or in association with any criminal street gang or organization, and with specific intent to promote, further, or assist in any criminal conduct by gang members.

Poisoning a food, drink, medicine or water supply that the perpetrator knows is to be consumed by human being.

Without authority of law, willfully disturbing or breaking up any assembly or meeting that is not unlawful in its character.

Two or more people to gathering together to do something illegal, or to do a lawful act in a violent manner

Assembling, or gathering, for the purpose of disturbing the public; and then fail to leave after being ordered to do so by the police.

Unlawfully fighting in public, willfully disturbing another with a loud or unreasonable noise, or using offensive words to provoke violence in public.

Falsifying a signature, or fraudulently altering any legal document.

Possessing or displaying a fake ID for the purpose of deceiving or defrauding another person.

Having possession of any counterfeit item.

Unlawfully taking property that has been entrusted to you, with the intent of depriving the rightful owner of the use of the property.

The use of force or threats to compel another person into providing money or property, or using force or threats to compel a public official to perform or neglect an official act or duty.

Taking someone’s personal identifying information and use it in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.

Using fraud to obtain a good or service from a business without paying for it.

Creating a false insurance claim, or assisting one in the act, for an incident which did not occur, with the intent to defraud.

The act of lewd conduct in public, solicitation, panhandling, illegal squatting, or loitering in public.

Lingering in a public or private place with no apparent purpose.

Willful or negligent throwing, dropping, placing, depositing, or sweeping, or causing any such acts, of any waste matter on land or water in other than appropriate storage containers or areas designated for such purposes.

Committing an act, or engaging in conduct, that urges a panic, or urges others to commit acts of force or violence.

Every pedestrian upon a roadway at any point other than within a marked crosswalk or within an unmarked crosswalk at an intersection shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles upon the roadway so near as to constitute an immediate hazard. Crossing the road within 100 feet of a marked crosswalk is also a violation of this code.

Being intoxicated from drugs or alcohol, while in a public place, to the point of being unable to care for your safety or that of others.

A person who harbors, conceals, or aids someone else with knowledge that this other person committed a felony, and does so in order to protect the other person from arrest, trial, conviction, or sentencing.

It is unlawful for a person to encourage, facilitate, or aid in the commission of a crime.

The act of knowingly entering another person's property without permission.

Every person who with the intent to cause a riot does an act or engages in conduct that urges a riot, or urges others to commit acts of force or violence, or the burning or destroying of property, and at a time and place and under circumstances that produce a clear and present and immediate danger of acts of force or violence or the burning or destroying of property, is guilty of incitement to riot.

Any use of force or violence, disturbing the public peace, or any threat to use force or violence, if accompanied by immediate power of execution, by two or more persons acting together, and without authority of law, is a riot.

The act of knowingly entering another person's property without permission with the intent to cause someone physical harm.

It is unlawful to solicit, or communicate a request, to someone else to commit a crime.

It is unlawful for a person to conceal, or attempt to conceal an accidental death. To "conceal" includes acts of hiding a body, destroying evidence, or hiding objects that caused the accidental death.

Any person who is not authorized by the sender, to intercept any public safety radio service communication, by use of a scanner or any other means (such as online scanner audio on the Internet), for the purpose of using that communication to assist in the commission of a criminal offense or to avoid or escape arrest, trial, conviction, or punishment. Those who divulge to any person he or she knows to be a suspect in the commission of any criminal offense, the existence, contents, substance, purport, effect or meaning of that communication concerning the offense intending that the suspect avoid or escape arrest, trial, conviction, or punishment.

Any person who unreasonably or unnecessarily obstructs the delivery of emergency medical services by emergency medical services agency personnel, whether governmental, private, or volunteer, or who fails or refuses to cease such obstruction or move on when requested to do so by emergency medical services personnel going to or at the site at which emergency medical services are required.

Attempting to elude, evade, flee, or escape a peace officer in a motor vehicle, or another form of transportation with the exception of walking/running, when said peace officer attempts to lawfully stop you.

Willfully resisting, delaying or obstructing law enforcement officers or emergency medical technicians performing their lawful duties by use of non motorized means of transportation, or physical altercation, with the purpose of preventing an arrest.

Any individual who reports, or causes any report to be made, that an “emergency” exists, knowing that the report is false.

Reporting to any peace officer that a felony or misdemeanor is being/has been committed, knowing the report to be false.

Falsely representing or identifying yourself as another person or as a fictitious person to any peace officer.

An unlawful attempt, coupled with a present ability, to commit a violent injury on a peace officer.

Any willful and unlawful use of force or violence upon a peace officer which gives the peace officer a serious bodily injury.

Refusing to produce or provide your identity when requested by a peace officer who was reasonable suspicion to believe that a crime is being committed.

Intentionally interfering with any lawful business carried on by the employees of a public agency open to the public, by obstructing or intimidating those attempting to carry on business, or those persons there to transact business with the public agency,

Knowingly allowing the use or using a government hotline for any reason other than the intended purpose of the hotline.

Refusing to provide a non guilt seeking signature on a citation for an infraction given by a Peace Officer.

Refusal to obey an order given by a Peace Officer that can be legally issued and enforced.

Escaping, or attempting to escape, from a prison, city jail, or holding facility.

Rescuing, attempting to rescue, or harboring a prisoner of the state.

Purposely and knowingly wearing an article over the face with the purpose to conceal identity to disguise or evade a Peace Officer.

Interfering with the duties of a police canine, through means of assault or harassment.

Knowingly and willfully making entry into an area that has been closed by emergency personnel to protect public safety.

Any person who purposely obstructs, impairs, hinders or perverts the performance of a law enforcement function by the use or threat of violence, force, or other physical interference or obstacle.

Any person who removes a firearm, deadly weapon, or less-lethal weapon, to include and including any blunt impact, chemical or conducted energy devices, used in the performance of his or her official duties from the person of a peace officer or correctional officer while such officer is acting within the scope of his or her official duties.

The felonious taking of personal property in the possession of another, from their person or immediate presence, and against their will, accomplished by means of force or fear.

The felonious taking of a motor vehicle in the possession of another, from their person or immediate presence, or from the person or immediate presence of a passenger of the motor vehicle, against their will.

Willfully and maliciously setting fire to or burning or causing to be burned or aiding, counseling, or procuring the burning of, any structure, forest land, or property.

Recklessly setting fire to or burning or causing to be burned, any structure, forest land or property.

The act of entering a structure (residential, commercial, or any other type of property) with the intent to commit grand larceny, petit larceny, or any other felony.

Possessing burglary tools (screwdrivers, lockpicks, crowbars, thermite, etc.) with the intent to break or enter into any structure, vault, safe, motor vehicle, or other depository in order to steal any money or other property.

Selling, transferring, acquiring or otherwise possessing the credit card or credit card information of another person without that other person's consent.

Taking someone else’s vehicle, worth $950 or more, without permission, with the intent to deprive the true owner of the vehicle.

Taking someone else’s firearm, without permission, with the intent to deprive the true owner of the firearm.

Unlawfully taking someone else's property valued at $950 or more.

Unlawfully taking someone else's property valued at less than $950.

Entering a commercial establishment with intent to commit larceny while that establishment is open during regular business hours, where the value of the property that is taken or intended to be taken does not exceed nine hundred fifty dollars ($950). Refer to grand theft if amount exceeds $950.

Possessing, purchasing, or receiving any property that has been stolen or that has been obtained in any manner constituting theft or extortion.

Committing the act of petty theft, after already receiving a conviction for petty theft in the past.

Committing the act of stealing a vehicle, after already receiving a conviction for grand theft auto in the past.

Defacing, damaging or destroying any real or personal property not his or her own, where the total amount of damage is less than $400.

Defacing, damaging or destroying any real or personal property not his or her own, where the total amount of damage is $400 or more.

Any person who drives or takes a vehicle not his or her own, without the consent of the owner thereof, and with intent either to permanently or temporarily deprive the owner thereof of his or her title to or possession of the vehicle, whether with or without intent to steal the vehicle.

Operating a place for the purpose of altering, taking apart, storing, selling, or disposing of a a stolen motor vehicle.

Entering a motor vehicle which you do not own with the intent to commit a crime.

Whoever transports in interstate or foreign commerce a motor vehicle, vessel, or aircraft, knowing the same to have been stolen

Forcibly, or by any other means of instilling fear, steals or takes, or holds, detains, or arrests any person, not allowing them to leave on their own free will.

Forcibly, or by any other means of instilling fear, steals or takes, or holds, detains, or arrests any person, not allowing them to leave on their own free will, and then requests a reward for the return of said person.

The unlawful violation of the personal liberty of another. Restraining, detaining, or confining another person without their consent.

Maliciously, and repeatedly following or willfully and maliciously harassing another person and making a credible threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear for his or her safety, or the safety of his or her immediate family .

The unlawful violation of the personal liberty of another. Restraining, detaining, or confining another person without their consent, with the intent to use them as a "human shield" or a way to avoid arrest.

The unlawful act of intercepting the contents of communication through a secret connection.

The unlawful act of listening in on, or recording, another person's confidential communication.

Intentionally harassing or annoying someone through the means of phone calls, electronic messages, or emails that are obscene, threatening, or repetitive.

Offering something of value to an executive officer or public employee in order to improperly affect that individual’s official actions.

Every person who knowingly procures or offers any false or forged instrument to be filed, registered, or recorded in any public office within this state, which instrument, if genuine, might be filed, registered, or recorded under any law of this state or of the United States, is guilty of 8(B).

Taking an oath that he or she will testify, before any competent tribunal, officer, or person, in any of the cases in which the oath may by law, willfully and contrary to the oath, states as true any material matter which he or she knows to be false

During any trial, proceeding, inquiry, or investigation whatever, authorized or permitted by law, offers in evidence, as genuine or true, any book, paper, document, record, or other instrument in writing, knowing the same to have been forged or fraudulently altered or ante-dated.

Willfully controlling or destroying any book, paper, record, instrument in writing, or other matter or thing, that is about to be produced in evidence upon any trial, inquiry, or investigation whatever, authorized by law.

Maliciously preventing or dissuading any witness or victim or attempts to do so from attending or giving testimony at any proceeding, or making any kind of report that would lead to any kind of criminal action being taken.

Offering a witness or victim something of value with corrupt intent to influence the testimony of the victim or witness, or to prevent the victim of witness from preventing an event which would result in criminal charges.

Knowingly, willfully, and intentionally altering, modifying, planting, placing, manufacturing, concealing, or moving any physical matter, digital image, or video recording, with specific intent that the action will result in a person being charged with a crime.

Intentionally or negligently misrepresenting themselves to be a government employee, including by operating a LEO vehicle or making assertions.

A person who guilty of disorderly, contemptuous, or insolent behavior committed during the sitting of a court of justice, in the immediate view and presence of the court, and directly tending to interrupt its proceedings or to impair the respect due to its authority.

Any person other than one who by law is given the authority of a peace officer, who willfully wears, exhibits, or uses the authorized uniform, insignia, emblem, device, label, certificate, card, or writing, of a peace officer, or by stating that they are a peace offer, with the intent of fraudulently impersonating a peace officer, or of fraudulently inducing the belief that he or she is a peace officer. Every peace officer who files any report with the agency which employs him or her regarding the commission of any crime or any investigation of any crime, if he or she knowingly and intentionally makes any statement regarding any material matter in the report which the officer knows to be false, whether or not the statement is certified or otherwise expressly reported as true.

Any person who practices law in San Andreas without an active BAR licensee.

Any Law enforcement officer under the employment of a State or Federal department within San Andreas who uses an excessive amount of force to handle a suspect be it escalating the Use of Force Continuum with no cause or reason, piting a suspect who is fleeing on foot, and all other forms of force that is unnecesarry for the sitution.

Whoever forcibly rescues, dispossesses, or attempts to rescue or dispossess any property, articles, or objects after the same shall have been taken, detained, or seized by any officer or other person under the authority of any revenue law of the United States, or by any person authorized to make searches and seizures.

Possessing on their person, in any property of said person, or in a vehicle being operated by said person, of Heroine/Cocaine.

Possessing on their person, in any property of said person, or in a vehicle being operated by said person, of more than one ounce of Marijuana. There is an exception to this law for state licensed dispensaries.

Possession of any equipment that is used to produce, conceal, and consume illicit drugs. There is an exception to this law for state licensed dispensaries for any paraphernalia used for Marijuana.

Possessing on their person, in any property of said person, or in a vehicle being operated by said person, of any illicit drug, or prescription medication which said person does not have proof of a valid prescription for.

Possession of any controlled substance intended for sale. This includes being packaged individually for sale, having controlled substances and scales in the same vicinity, possessing a controlled substance and a large amount of cash, or possessing any large quantity of a controlled substance. There is an exception to this law for state licensed dispensaries for Marijuana, or any Marijuana byproduct only.

Possessing any controlled substance possessed with the intent to sell, in a matter with the intent to conceal the controlled substance from plain view.

A person shall not use, or be under the influence of any controlled substance in public, except when administered by or under the direction of a person licensed by the state to dispense, prescribe, or administer controlled substances.

Opening or maintaining any place with the intent to sell, give away or allow other people to use a controlled substance or narcotic drug on a continuous or repeated basis at that place. There is an exception to this law for state licensed dispensaries for Marijuana, or any Marijuana byproduct only.

Manufacturing, compounding, converting, producing, deriving, processing, or preparing, either directly or indirectly by chemical extraction or independently by means of chemical synthesis, any controlled substance. There is an exception to this law for state licensed dispensaries for Marijuana, or any Marijuana byproduct only.

Knowingly manufacturing, distributing, or possessing with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance.

Practicing, attempting to practice, or advertising oneself as practicing, any system of treating an illness or affliction, without a valid medical license.

Making a false fire alarm of falsely reporting a fire. Also to tamper or break a fire alarm or any fire protection equipment.

Knowingly accessing a computer system and without permission alters, damages, deletes, destroys, or otherwise uses any data or computer system.

Gaining unauthorized access to data in any system or computer, with malicious intent.

The fraudulent practice of sending emails purporting to be from reputable companies in order to induce individuals to reveal personal information, such as passwords and credit card numbers.

A person shall not drive, move, or leave standing upon a highway, or in an off-street public parking facility, any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer, unless it is registered.

A person shall not drive, move, or leave standing upon a highway, or in an off-street public parking facility, any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer, without being able to produce proof of current registration.

A person shall not drive, move, or or operate any motor vehicle without a valid Drivers License.

A person shall have their Driver's License ID Card on them at all times while they are operating a motor vehicle.

A person shall not drive, move, or operate any motor vehicle, with a license on a Suspended/Revoked status.

A person shall not drive, move, or operate any motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, or with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more.

A person shall not drive, move, or or operate any motor vehicle without valid vehicle insurance.

A person shall not drive, move, or or operate any motor vehicle without having proof of having current vehicle insurance.

License plates, including temporary license plates, shall at all times be securely fastened to the vehicle for which they are issued so as to prevent the plates from swinging, shall be mounted in a position so as to be clearly visible, and so that the characters are upright and display from left to right, and shall be maintained in a condition so as to be clearly legible.

Unlawfully making and filing a false or fraudulent report of theft of a vehicle with the intent to deceive.

Driving on a suspended or revoked license and accumulating an excessive history of operating a vehicle negligently.

Fleeing the scene of an accident in which another person has been injured or killed.

Fleeing the scene of an accident in which there is no injury or death.

It is unlawful for any person to ride on any public conveyance or vehicle or any portion thereof not designed or intended for the use of passengers.

Displaying red/blue lighting on the front, back, or sides of a vehicle.

Any civilian having flashing lights on a vehicle, or having different headlight colors other than xenon or stock, unless authorized by law for use by service vehicles in the performance of their duties.

Vehicles may not have any tinting on the front windshield, must have 70% or more light transmission on the driver/passenger side windows, and can have any tint darkness on the back windows. LEO's are exempt from this.

Having weight on a vehicle which is higher than the appropriate weight and/or factory suggested weight limits.

Except as authorized by law, a person who has in their possession on their person, while driving a motor vehicle upon a highway or on lands…a receptacle containing cannabis or cannabis products…which has been opened or has a seal broken, or loose cannabis flower not in a container, is guilty of 11(S).

Using and/or presenting registration for a vehicle which does not belong to the vehicle that it is displayed in.

No person shall intentionally deface, destroy, or alter the a Vehicle's Identification Number (VIN).

A driver who causes injury to another because he or she was driving under the influence.

Passing the stop line of an intersection while the traffic signal clearly displays a red light, other than to make a right turn on red, unless restricted by a sign, in which the driver makes a complete stop behind the stop line before turning right.

Motorists may not drive to the left of double parallel solid yellow or white lines, or double parallel lines, one of which is broken, unless to pass another car.

Drivers are required to drive on the right-hand side of the road, unless said driving is passing another vehicle, making a left turn, the right side of the road is due to an obstruction, driving on a road restricted to one-way traffic, or the road is too narrow.

It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle over, upon, or across the dividing section, or to make a left, semicircular, or U-turn, except through a plainly marked opening in the dividing section

Weaving inside a traffic lane or to straddling a marked line. Straddling a line means driving over a marked line as opposed to driving in between two marked lines.

No person shall operate or move a motor vehicle upon a sidewalk except as may be necessary to enter or leave adjacent property.

The driver of a motor vehicle shall not follow another vehicle more closely than is reasonable and prudent, having due regard for the speed of such vehicle and the traffic upon, and the condition of, the roadway.

No vehicle shall at any time be driven through or within a safety zone. Refer to definition 18.

The driver of a vehicle may overtake and pass another vehicle only under conditions permitting that movement in safety. In no event shall that movement be made by driving off the paved or main-traveled portion of the roadway.

Failing to yield to traffic, which has the right-of-way, when turning, entering the roadway, or making a u-turn.

The driver of every other vehicle shall yield the right-of-way and shall immediately drive to the right-hand edge or curb of the highway, clear of any intersection, and thereupon shall stop and remain stopped until the authorized emergency vehicle has passed, or should make an attempt to slow down and safely pass emergency vehicles stationed on the side of the road on approach.

Failure to yield to pedestrians crossing a roadway within any marked or unmarked crosswalk.

Making a u-turn in the middle of the roadway, at an intersection that is not controlled by traffic control signals (red lights) or at any intersection where the u-turn is prevented by a sign.

Changing lanes in a manner which endangers other drivers, or done in an unsafe/aggressive manner.

Speeding 11 to 15 miles per hour over the posted speed limit.

Speeding 16 to 20 miles per hour over the posted speed limit.

Speeding 20 miles per hour or more over the posted speed limit.

Speeding in a manner which the vehicle exceeds speeds of 100 miles per hour.

Exceeding the posted speed limit within 400 feet of a clearly marked construction zone.

No person shall drive upon a roadway at such a slow speed as to impede or block the normal and reasonable movement of traffic unless the reduced speed is necessary for safe operation, because of a grade, or in compliance with law.

Failure to make a complete stop before the stop line at an intersection where there is a clearly posted stop sign.

A person shall not stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle whether attended or unattended, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a peace officer or official traffic control device, in any of the following places: (a) within an intersection…(b) on a crosswalk…(c) between a safety zone and the adjacent right-hand curb [and] (d) within 15 feet of the driveway entrance to a fire station.

Operating a vehicle upon a roadway in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property.

Operating a vehicle upon a roadway in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property, with careless intent likely to result in the injury of pedestrians or other drivers on the roadway.

Operating a vehicle upon a roadway in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property, which directly results in another person(s) being injured.

Operating a vehicle on a roadway in a reckless manner to compete against another person, vehicle, clock, or other timing device.

Projecting any object at a motor vehicle, or occupant of a motor vehicle, whether that vehicle is in motion or not.

It shall be unlawful for any occupant of a vehicle - driver or passenger - to consume an alcoholic beverage while inside of the vehicle.

It shall be unlawful for any underaged (under the age of 21) occupant of a vehicle - driver or passenger - to possess or be in the direct vicinity of an alcoholic beverage.

It is unlawful to operate any vehicle or combination of vehicles which is in an unsafe condition, or which is not safely loaded, and which presents an immediate safety hazard. Refer to Misc. Information for required equipment.

Operating a vehicle on any public roadway, during darkness, without headlights.

It is unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to disobey any sign, signal, or traffic control that is clearly placed on any public roadway.

Any cargo on a vehicle which is not secured by tarps, rope, straps, netting, or chains, which proposes a potential for hazard to other drivers on the roadway.

It shall be unlawful to use any cell phone, or electronic communication device, while operating a motor vehicle.

Using a vehicles horn excessively, or for any other reason other than to facilitate safe driving.

Operating any non-motorized vehicle on any highway/interstate.

Failure to proceed to, stop at, and/or answer police questions at a sobriety checkpoint.

It is unlawful to drive any vehicle upon a highway, except to the right of an intermittent barrier or a dividing section which separates two or more opposing lanes of traffic.

To ride a bicycle on a public road, path or highway while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or both.

Intentionally hindering or obstructing traffic on a public roadway in the State of San Andreas. The person can either be cited or arrested for this offense.

Operating an aircraft in a willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property, or by operating the aircraft in unsafe proximity to the ground.

A person shall not fly, move, or operate any aircraft under the influence of drugs, or with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more.

Any person who purposely blocks, delays, or knowingly trespasses on an active runway, or helipad, which aircrafts frequently use for takeoff and/or landing.

Operating a vessel in a willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property.

A person shall not drive, move, or operate any vessel under the influence of drugs, or with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more.

A vessel must carry the proper safety equipment, including items like fire extinguishers, PFDs accessible to each occupant, and operational lighting systems for night time operation.

Operating a vessel without a valid safety card or license.

Any person deemed mentally incapable of caring for themself, or deemed as a danger to others due to a mental status.

The illegal hunting, or capturing, of wild animals.

Hunting animals from any public roadway, or parking lot.

Of any hunted animal, no portion of the flesh usually eaten by humans can be left, either through carelessness or neglect, to go needlessly to waste.

Trespassing on private property, while hunting, and removing any hunted wildlife from said property.

A person shall not willfully interfere with the participation of any individual in the lawful activity of hunting, trapping, or angling, at the location where that activity is taking place.

Every person who maliciously and intentionally maims, mutilates, tortures, or wounds a living animal, or maliciously and intentionally kills an animal.

Any person who owns or has a dangerous animal in their custody, fails to maintain control of said animal, and the animal causes injury to a person or puts the public at a substantial risk of injury.

It is unlawful for any person not permitted to import, transport, possess, or sell restricted animals under the jurisdiction of San Andreas. Restricted species include animals such as; elephants, monkeys, cougars, deer, coyotes, and any other animal classified as exotic, endangered, or wild.

It is unlawful to take any bird or mammal, except a nongame mammal, between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise of the following day at the place of taking.

It is unlawful to take birds or mammals with firearms, BB devices, crossbows, or with bow and arrow when intoxicated.

It is unlawful for any person to trap for the purposes of recreation or commerce in fur any fur-bearing mammal or nongame mammal with any body-gripping trap. A body-gripping trap is one that grips the mammal's body or body part, including, but not limited to, steel-jawed leghold traps, padded-jaw leghold traps, conibear traps, and snares. Cage and box traps, nets, suitcase-type live beaver traps, and common rat and mouse traps shall not be considered body-gripping traps.

It is unlawful to capture any game mammal, game bird, nongame bird, nongame mammal, or furbearer, or to possess or confine any live game mammal, game bird, nongame bird, nongame mammal, or furbearer taken from the wild.

It is unlawful to take a bird or mammal without a license or entitlement to do so.

It is unlawful to take a mammal, bird, fish, reptile, or amphibian outside of an established season or to exceed a bag limit or possession limit.

It is unlawful for any person, while taking any bird, mammal, fish, reptile, or amphibian, to cause damage, or assist in causing damage, to real or personal property, or to leave gates or bars open, or to break down, destroy, or damage fences, or to tear down or scatter piles of rails, posts, stone, or wood, or, through carelessness or negligence, to injure livestock of any kind.

It is unlawful for any person to take, mutilate, or destroy any bird or mammal lawfully in the possession of another.

All licenses, tags, and the birds, mammals, fish, reptiles, or amphibians taken or otherwise dealt with under this code, and any device or apparatus designed to be, and capable of being, used to take birds, mammals, fish, reptiles, or amphibians shall be exhibited upon demand to any person authorized by the department to enforce this code or any law relating to the protection and conservation of birds, mammals, fish, reptiles, or amphibians.

It is unlawful to enter land for the purpose of discharging a firearm or taking or destroying a mammal or bird, including waterfowl, on that land, without having first obtained written permission from the owner, the owner's agent, or the person in lawful possession of that land.

It is unlawful to post any sign indicating an area is a state or federal refuge unless it is established by state or federal law, or to post any sign prohibiting trespass or hunting on any land unless authorized by the owner or the person in lawful possession of such lands. It is unlawful for any person to maliciously tear down, mutilate, or destroy any sign, signboard or other notice forbidding hunting or trespass on land.

It is unlawful to fish for and keep any fish caught while license status is invalid or non-existent.
